White Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

These can be stored in an air tight container for up to a week. (That is, if they are around that long!) Makes about a dozen big sized squares.
Ingredients
  • 25 finely crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • 5 whole (uncrushed) peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • 1 cube of butter, melted
  • 6 packages (12 cups, unwrapped) Reece's White Chocolate PB Cups
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Finely crush 25 peanut butter sandwich cookies and put in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add melted butter to the crushed cookie crumbs and stir.
  4. Put crumb mixture into a 8x11 size baking dish lined with foil or parchment paper.
  5. Bake crumb mixture for 5 minutes.
  6. Unwrap 12 Reece's PB Cups.
  7. Take crumb mixture out of oven and lay unwrapped PB cups evenly on top.
  8. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on top of cups and crumbs.
  9. Sprinkle white chocolate chips.
  10. Break 5 sandwich cookies into smaller pieces and place on top.
  11. Bake for additional 25 more minutes.
  12. Allow bars to cool for 30 minutes.
  13. Lift bars out of the baking dish with the sides of the foil/parchment paper.
  14. Cut into 24 small pieces or 12 large pieces.
