Naughty Fries With Pepper Jack Dipping Sauce

       - Sauce:
  - 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
  - 2 tablespoons of butter
  - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
  - salt, pepper and onion powder, to your taste
  - 1 and a half cup pepper jack cheese, grated
  - Fries:
  - use Baked Parmesan Fries recipe
  - 1 and a half cup pepper jack cheese, grated
  - wing/buffalo sauce to drizzle on top-- as much as you want.
  
      - Bake fries according to the recipe and instructions from the link above.
  - Sauce:
  - In a medium size sauce pan (on medium-high heat), add softened cream cheese, butter and 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  - Whisk until all blended together.
  - Add the other 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  - Continue to whisk until it starts to thicken…but do not let it come to a boil.
  - Once it is heated up again, the sauce will start to thicken.
  - Add salt, pepper and onion powder to taste.
  - Set aside off the burner and add 1 and a half cup of grated pepper jack cheese. Stir until all the cheese is melted.
  - Serve immediately into dipping bowls.
  - Fries:
  - When the fries come out of oven, sprinkle with the remaining 1 and half cups of pepper jack cheese.
  - Slide the fries back into the oven to melt the cheese for about 2 minutes.
  - Drizzle on your favorite hot wing or buffalo sauce on top of fries.
  - Then serve them with the Pepper Jack Dipping Sauce!
