Brownies and Cheesecake are the perfect pair, don’t you think?

But, when you literally scoop apart a Fudge Brownie Cheesecake, and dip it all into melted chocolate…you get bite-sized pieces of pure happiness!

You may remember my Strawberry Cheesecake Bites dipped in white chocolate. I just went in the other direction and joined a brownie cheesecake with dark melted chocolate. Super easy to make!
That’s right, it’s a little store bought cheesecake.
See how crazy easy this is to put together?!
Use a small or medium scoop and dive into the cheesecake, crust and all.

Scoop. Freeze. Roll. Dip.

Wouldn’t these little Fudge Brownie Cheesecake Bites make you want to do the happy dance?

These little poppable cheesecakes will definitely satisfy your chocolate/brownie/cheesecake craving all in one bite!

See what I mean?! And, you just can’t have ONE! Enjoy my friends!
- 1 (5 inch) Fudge Brownie Cheesecake (found in the freezer section of your grocery.)
- 1 cup of chocolate pieces, melted (I used Hershey’s Baking Melts)
- Use a small cookie scoop to scoop into the cheesecake, with the crust.
- Place scoops onto parchment or wax paper.
- Place into freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate pieces over a double boil. (Chocolate in a heat safe bowl setting over a pot of hot water. Do not let the water touch the bowl.)
- Take the scoops of cheesecake out of freezer and form into rolled balls.
- Dip cheesecake into the melted chocolate and shake off excess of chocolate.
- Repeat process with the rest.
- Allow the chocolate to set up at room temperature before setting into the refrigerator. Otherwise, the chocolate will change when cooled too fast.
- Enjoy!

These, and the strawberry cheesecakes version, look delicious and I’m already looking ahead to the next time I can host a tea party for one of my girls (or my friends) and serve them! What a perfect small bite, tea party style treat!
Maybe this is a sill question, but where do you buy your 5″ cheesecakes for these? Is that a freezer section item, or is it typical in bakeries? I’ve never looked for them, but this has me ready to hunt. Thanks!
Not a silly question at all. You can find the cheesecakes in the freezer section in the grocery stores. You’ll love how easy (and delicious!) these are to make. These would be so perfect to make for a tea party! 🙂
