As you know by now, I LOVE peanut butter! So, for all you other PB Lovers…I have here a White Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar for you! It is filled with white chocolate and has a peanut butter cookie bottom.
But, this bar has much more yummy-ness in it… it’s filled with white chocolate peanut butter cups!
I love white chocolate with my PB…but I’ll take peanut butter any way, period!
Making these are a breeze! Start with crushing up 25 PB sandwich cookies very fine. (Save 5 whole cookies for later.)
Add 1/2 cup butter, melted. Which is just one cube of butter– use the real stuff, please!
Pat the crumb mixture into a covered baking dish. (Lining the dish with parchment paper or foil will allow you to lift the bars out after cooling. So much easier to cut bars this way.) Bake for 5 minutes in a (preheated) 350 degrees oven.
Place the unwrapped peanut butter cups onto the cookie crust. Pour a can of sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
Remember those lonely 5 cookies we saved from being crushed to pieces? Now it’s time to break into itty bitty pieces and sprinkle on top. It may seem like you don’t have enough sweetened condensed milk to cover everything…but it all comes together in the oven! Put it back in the oven for 25 more minutes.
Allow these bars to cool for about 30 minutes before lifting out of the dish to cut. It still needs to set up a bit.
You’ve got the crunchiness of the peanut butter cookies and the white chocolate wrapping around all that peanut butter filling… all in one bite!
For another bar with a candy bar kind-of-kick, here are some Cookies And Cream Bars
Enjoy, my friends!

These looked so amazing, I immediately rushed to the store to purchase the ingredients. I was so bummed to find my local Safeway does not carry white chocolate Reeses PB cups. Where can I find them??? Can I make them with regular Reeses PB cups???
Yes, of course you can make them with the regular reeses cups. I usually see the white chocolate ones at the local convenient store/gas stations. Thank you so much for leaving such a sweet comment Julie! Have a great rest of the week! (=
